Personal care items, beauty products, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

“Change of mind” after delivery (in such cases, exchange may be possible with courier charges applied).

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 7–10 working days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (for size, color, or other reasons), courier charges may apply.
